ESM Event Management GmbH is a company based in Austria. We are organizing social dance events and dance competitions in Europe and Asia since more than 20 years.

What data we collect

If you register for one of our events, we collect the following data:

• Your personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
• Your IP-Address
• Time of your registration
• All registration details we need to process your order.

Embedded content from third parties

Our pages may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Our pages are protected from Spam using Google reCAPTCHA. More detailed information about Google’s data protection can be found here.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How do we store your data

If you registered for an event, we will store your data in a protected database of our hosting provider and remove them one year after the event. Data required for administration or accounting will be kept on our local devices or in a printed form for 7 at least years.

Marketing

Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. You will always have the right to opt out from our newsletter.

Who we share your data with

We are not sharing your data with any third parties.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive a summary of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
